The first five Diploma subject areas will be available from September 2008 in over 1,300 schools and colleges across England. By 2011, there will be 17 Diplomas available in areas across the country.

There are lots of options; university, college, an Apprenticeship, a job. With The Diploma, you’ll get a qualification that’s really valued by employers, colleges and universities. So whatever direction you want to go in, The Diploma will help you get there.

With a Diploma you’ll get to learn all about your chosen subject through a range of compulsory and optional courses. You’ll also get the chance to spend at least 10 days working with an employer. This is a great way to develop the skills you’ve learnt in the classroom and experience what work is like from the inside.
