As part of The Diploma, students will get the chance to learn with, and be mentored by, employers.

What can I expect?

As well as learning in the classroom, you may also study some days at college and spend time on work experience. The Diploma allows you to go on to further study then onto college or university; or into a job with training.

You will have the opportunity to experience different work and study environments. You will also be able to apply what you’ve learnt in a work context, and get a taste of what college style learning can offer you too.

Studying a Diploma will mean that you can use your experiences to make future career or study choices. At the end, you’ll have a better idea of what you want to do next and how a Diploma course can help you get there – whether that’s employment, university, college or another study route.
